Maybe you&#8217;re new to working out or you haven&#8217;t done any workouts in a long time? Even if it can seem overwhelming, you can work your way into a workout program bit by bit by walking. <p>You can add walking into your schedule in a variety of ways. If you own a dog then walk it around the vicinity for no less than ten minutes. You may only be walking for 10 minutes at a time, but over one week that equates to 70 minutes, which is quite a lot of walking.
